OBJECTIVE:
For all amateurs to contact as many Hiroshima stations and other stations as possible.
Amateurs in Hiroshima Prefecture send their JCC/JCG/Wards number instead of their Grid Square Locator.

Participant, who submits entries in only SINGLE-BAND Classification, can choose 2 SINGLE-BAND Categories.

4. CQ

CW & Digital mode = [CQ WAS TEST]
Phone(AM/SSB/FM)  = [CQ WAS Contest] or [CQ Hiroshima Contest]

5. CONTEST EXCHANGE

Hiroshima stations : RS(T) + JCC/JCG/Wards number (e.g.350105 : see numbers-list below)
Others(include DXs): RS(T) + Grid Square Locator  (e.g.PM95)

6. POINTS

6-1.For all amateurs

Any contact is worth contest points.
(Outside-Hiroshima - Outside-Hiroshima contacts are available.)

Contacts with Hiroshima Station  ................. 5pts
Contacts with the other Station(include DX)  ..... 1pt

The same station may be worked once per band per mode. (*)

(*)CW/Phone/Digital : Maximum 3 contacts per band are worth contest points.
No cross mode, cross band nor repeater contacts are allowed.

6-2.For all SWLers

Any reception is worth contest points.
(Receptions of Outside-Hiroshima-Station are available.)

Receptions of Hiroshima Station  ................. 5pts
Receptions of the other Station(include DX)  ..... 1pt

The same station may be received once per band per mode. (*)

(*)CW/Phone/Digital : Maximum 3 receptions per band are worth contest points.

7. MULTIPLIER

7-1.For all amateurs

The number of different Squares and Hiroshima-JCC/JCG/Wards worked on each band.
Each Square/JCC/JCG/Ward counts one multiplier per band regardless of mode.

7-2.For all SWLers

The number of different Squares and Hiroshima-JCC/JCG/Wards received on each band.
Each Square/JCC/JCG/Ward counts one multiplier per band regardless of mode.

8. SCORING

The final score is the result of the

(Total QSO points) multiplied by (Total multiplier).

9. LOG INSTRUCTIONS

10. ELECTRONIC LOG

You can submit your summary/logs by an e-mail as ONLY a text body. Please send them NOT AS AN ATTACHED file.
We recommend that all of participants should submit their summary/logs in accordance with the ELECTRONIC LOG INSTRUCTION below. But we accept any kinds of e-mailed submission for all participant's convenience.

10-1.Summary

All data fields should be written between <tag> and </tag>."tag" repesent the meaning of the field.

10-2.Logs

Any text type form of logsheet is acceptable. The form may include header, footer and QSO lines. QSO line can be consisted from the terms of "Date", "Time", "Station worked", "Exchange sent", "Exchange received", "New multiplier", "Frequency", "Mode", and "QSO Points". LOGSHEET MUST be "1qso = 1line".

11. AWARDS

First(plus 2nd & 3rd, depending on number of entries) place certificates will be awarded in each category.

12. REPORTING

12-1. Email log submissions should be sent to;

Please insert your call sign as the subject.

The acknowledgment will be sent when the email log is received and the result also will be sent by email.

12-2. Paper log submissions should be sent to;

The contest results will be sent with one IRC and SAE.

13. DEADLINE

No later than the following Post Marked date of that year

March 31 JST (March 31 1500 UTC)

Email log submissions will be judged with the time stamp of the email.

14. DISQUALIFICATION

Violation of the contest rules and JARL contest rules
The decision of the JARL Hiroshima branch Contest Committee is final.
